Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional front-of-house experience. You will manage bookings, guest flow, and the reservation system, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. You will support the FOH team, coordinate with the kitchen, and uphold the high standards expected of a premium, Michelin-aspiring venue.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead reception and reservations operations
• Manage guest arrivals, seating, and special requests
• Maintain the reservation system and reporting
• Coordinate with FOH and BOH for smooth service
• Deliver training, mentorship, and performance management for front-of-house staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements
