We’re working with a high-growth recruitment agency with a young, ambitious, and genuinely fun culture, looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale their internal team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone coming from an agency background who’s ready for a change but still wants pace, ownership, and earning potential.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for attracting and hiring top recruitment talent into the business, playing a key role in shaping the next phase of growth.
- Own the full internal hiring process (end-to-end)
- Build and continuously improve the onboarding experience
- Partner closely with leadership to define hiring needs
- Identify and attract top recruiters across multiple markets
- Play a key role in scaling teams across 3 core locations
- Help shape employer brand and hiring strategy
What They’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years’ experience in agency recruitment (any vertical)
- Someone who understands what “good” looks like in a recruiter
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
