Role Responsibility:
DOMESTIC SUPERVISOR – HEALTHCARE
Salary: £13.13 per hour
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 22:00
Location: Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Domestic Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis based in Oxford.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills, who can effectively handle manual tasks and prioritise their work.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and monitor the cleaning services team
Oversee shift and work patterns to meet fluctuating staff levels
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
Supervise the monitoring and maintenance of cleaning stock levels
Support the team with cleaning duties where required
