MOTOR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Full time 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
8.30am – 12 noon Saturday Mornings (MOT’s only) on a rota basis.

The company is involved in the sales, purchase and servicing of motor vehicles and we pride ourselves on the excellent relationships we have with our customers, this is proven due to the amount of repeat business we enjoy!
The role:
· Motor Mechanic / Technician with proven experience in a similar role with strong teamworking skills
· To carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs to light vehicles
· To carry out MOT’s (beneficial but not essential)
· Driving license essential
Key Responsibilities:
· A good working knowledge of Auto Electronics and diagnostic systems
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Good time-keeping, social skills and a team player
· Good communication skills, the ability to meet / speak with customers to discuss their vehicles and provide your expert, technical opinion
· Maintain high customer service levels that leads to customer loyalty / retention and referrals
· Liaise with the service office with regards to estimates / quotes and ordering of parts
· Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
Salary depending on experience
