We’re looking for an HR Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of a best-in-class reward analytics capability, transforming fragmented reporting into clear, insight-driven outputs that support senior decision-making.
You’ll design dashboards, build modelling tools, and deliver actionable insights across pay reviews, budgeting, pay compression, and strategic reward initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Reward, and Finance, with high visibility and impact.
The introduction of our integrated HR system, Dayforce, enables streamlined access to core HR, payroll, time & attendance, recruitment and wider talent‑management data. You will play a key role in harnessing this capability, ensuring data integrity, improving analytics maturity and advancing our ability to deliver meaningful, actionable people insights across the organisation.
