Senior Software Developer / Data Engineer – (Contract Outside IR35)

The role
Experience and qualifications
You have 4+ years’ experience and a breadth & depth of technical knowledge & expertise, particularly in data engineering, and can solve technical challenges across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure. You have strong experience in Data Engineering and understanding of the following technologies:
- Python
- SQL
- Terraform
- Experience in the below would also be beneficial
- Temporal
- React / TypeScript
You are a fast learner, and can leverage your existing expertise to quickly become effective in unfamiliar tech stacks and novel situations, as well as rapidly acquire client/sector knowledge.
You have a good understanding of best practice principles for technical architecture, and are comfortable applying these in unfamiliar situations to design new systems.
You are a talented leader who can employ strong technical delivery processes to promote effective teams.
You are a strong communicator who can explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical people and impress clients.

The Offer
- Day rate of £500-585pd Outside IR35
- A remote-first contract, with very occasional travel to London
