The Store Manager will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Recruit top talent across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Use your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to implement visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and talent development.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Results‑oriented leader with 3‑5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Developed a sense of Care in both written and verbal communication.
- Can charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
- Business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
- Talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; succession planning and internal mobility.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
- At least 18 years old, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Dream and embrace adventure! Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ lbs, and timely arrival.
