About The Role
We are looking for a Service Engineer to travel to customers and resolve issues across the UK.
- Responsible for resolving issues with our windows, doors, and bi-folds.
- Provide excellent customer service whilst at customers’ properties.
- Provide excellent quality of workmanship.
- Support the Engineering team to assist with resolving any issues as and when required.
- Strong knowledge and experience of site Health and Safety.
- The drive to achieve deadlines and KPI’s.
- Collect all relevant paperwork from HQ and load the van safely for the day.
- Ability to liaise with site managers whilst carrying out work duties.
What We Are Looking For
- Preferably New Build site experience.
- Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience in all aspects of window, door and bi-fold fitting.
- Excellent product knowledge with good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify cost efficient solutions to problems.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to apply a calm and polite approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
- A clean driving license.
- The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- A self-motivated individual who has a can do approach to work with the ability to get the job done in the required timescales.
