Senior Consultant – Construction & Residential Recruitment

Location: West Byfleet office KT14.

Responsibilities

• Recruit all forms of Construction Professionals in many disciplines.
• Recruit management staff such as Site Manager, Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Bid Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Technical Design Managers, etc.
• Recruit for large national Contractors or Developers and/or regional smaller contractors and developers.
• Develop and grow your own section and manage your own team.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting management staff within a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk.
• Good working knowledge of Construction & Residential sectors.
• Ability and desire to headhunt perspective candidates.
• Entrepreneurial flair, fierce motivation, commitment and passion for recruitment (headhunting experience not required).
