Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Consultant based in Farnborough. The Customer Experience Consultant will engage with customers to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Providing personalized travel advice
- Resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Communicating effectively across various channels to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the delivery of memorable travel experiences
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and a commitment to delivering excellent service experiences
- Experience handling Customer Contact and providing exceptional Customer Support
- Competency in Client Counseling and offering personalized recommendations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to customer needs
- Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations is an advantage
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
