Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing and professional client who are seeking a driven and motivated Trainee Headhunter to join their expanding team. No prior recruitment experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided.

DAY TO DAY:

• Proactively sourcing and engaging high‑calibre candidates within the Accountancy & Finance sector
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs
• Communicating with candidates via phone, email, and other platforms
• Advising candidates on career opportunities and market trends
• Conducting research on clients, roles, and industry developments
• Supporting senior consultants and working collaboratively within a high‑performing team
• Headhunting for leading national and international organisations
