Mercedes-Benz of Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours: 44 hours per week – Monday to Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00 & Sunday 10:00‑16:00 (One day off per week and a rotating weekend schedule)
Mercedes-Benz of Wolverhampton is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site. Specialising in either new car or used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first‑class customer service.
As a Sales Executive you will be a team player, have exceptional communication skills and build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will pay close attention to detail to understand all of our customers’ wants and needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, passionate about what they do and have the ambition to hit targets.
Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but is not essential as we are open to new/fresh talent. A full UK driving licence is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
