Sales Executive (B2B)

Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of our client to recruit a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team in Belfast city centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through effective B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted B2B sales activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Deliver engaging and tailored presentations of products and services
  • Manage leads, sales pipelines, and reporting through Salesforce CRM
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
  • Stay informed on company products, market trends, and competitor activity

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Location: Belfast City Centre

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm and Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm

Salary will be £28k per annum plus bonuses
