We are working with a market leader in organic food that are continue to grow within the space and are looking for a Junior National Account Manager to nurture and grow their existing accounts and assist with new outreach, growing business presence and driving growth.
Your Responsibilities
Client & Account Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging stakeholders across multiple levels and acting as a professional representative in all interactions.
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing adjustments, promotional strategies, and campaign execution.
- Expand product presence by increasing distribution, securing new listings, and supporting the introduction of new products.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within target sectors across the UK and selected European markets.
- Track commercial performance and compile regular reports to share insights with senior management.
Events & Product Showcases
- Support the organisation and preparation of trade events and exhibitions.
- Actively participate in product demonstrations and industry events.
About You
- Previous experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment is beneficial but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with confidence in meeting and exceeding targets.
