Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position located in Chiswick. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new and used car sales, meeting sales targets, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will also include generating leads, conducting product presentations, providing consultations, and managing the complete sales process from inquiry to delivery. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with team members to meet dealership objectives and maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals successfully to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach to deliver excellent service.
- Knowledge of automotive products, including new vehicle features, used cars, and aftersales services, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM systems and generating leads effectively for business development.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage the sales process seamlessly from start to finish.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the dynamic automotive market.
- Professional demeanor with experience in multitasking and collaborating within a team setting.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
