With a substantial and growing client base, the firm is now looking to appoint an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate Housing Solicitor to help support the continued growth of its practice in Manchester.
You will be involved in varied, challenging and rewarding work, supporting housing providers and organisations that serve communities across the UK. The role offers exposure to high-profile cases and evolving regulatory issues, including matters involving Human Rights, Equality law, tenancy management and housing regulation.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of housing management and litigation matters, including: Anti-social behaviour proceedings, Residential possession claims, Civil injunctions, Housing disrepair claims, Tenancy enforcement and recovery of possession, Complex housing matters involving Human Rights and Equality considerations and Issues arising from bankruptcy and debt relief orders in rent arrears cases.
