Systems Roadmap (non‐tech ownership) Shape and maintain the commercial systems roadmap focused on workflow improvements, data integrity, and user experience. Commercial lead for integration of AFB supplier contracts into our commercial systems, working with Tech and system suppliers to ensure accuracy and strong governance. Change & Adoption Lead UAT, training and adoption for reporting/process changes; keep documentation (process maps, data definitions, reporting logic) up to date. Work cross‐functionally (Category, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Store Ops and IT) to embed changes and measure benefits. Leadership Manage, coach and develop team of Commercial Process Managers; set clear objectives, standards and development plans. Skilled in requirements definition, UAT, and change adoption — working with Tech to deliver enhancements without owning build. Excellent stakeholder management across Commercial, Finance and IT; concise communicator who can challenge constructively. Confident communicator with solid PowerPoint skills. Organised and delivery focused, able to run recurring cycles while driving improvements at pace. Desirable Experience with pricing/promo/contract management or space/range tools. Exposure to process mapping and continuous improvement methods. Experience leading/mentoring analysts.
