We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Field-Based, Full-Time, Education Sector, Strategic Growth Role, national role targeting customer base across the South of England, primarily the M4 corridor)
Are you an experienced commercial trailblazer with a passion for driving new business and strategic partnerships in the UK education sector? Do you thrive on winning high-value contracts, building long-term relationships, and delivering customer-centric solutions?
Findel Education is on the move — and we’re looking to expand our team with another Business Development Manager to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Independent Schools, Local Authorities, and other key education customers.
- Drive new business across our full portfolio — from educational resources and large furniture projects to non-traditional services like utilities.
- Lead account mobilisation and development for 12 months post-win, before handing over to our Key Account Team.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in winning large new business through solution selling, strategic account management, and new business development.
- Deep understanding of the education sector, procurement frameworks and customer buying behaviours.
- CRM mastery, commercial insight, and the ability to influence at all levels.
