This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven B2B sales professional who enjoys a mix of developing existing accounts and winning new business. You’ll inherit an established customer base while also having the autonomy to identify and secure new opportunities across your territory.
Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase spend and strengthen relationships
- Proactively target and win new business across Central Scotland
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers
- Develop tailored proposals aligned to customer needs
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Manage your own pipeline, from initial contact through to close
About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
- Comfortable in a field‑based role, managing your own diary and territory
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to balance account management and new business activity
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven
