As a Project Services Coordinator, you will serve as the key link between Finance and Project communities, supporting the PMO with accurate data and reporting key Project milestones to Finance.
Responsibilities
- Process setting of projects in the finance system (e.g., setting up WBS, Milestones and Services Contracts) and interpret/query information to align with customer Purchase Orders.
- Apply data integrity to ensure that all project setup, amendments, billing milestone creation and project closures follow process and are timely and accurate.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- liaise with relevant business stakeholders to deliver customer billing solutions, identifying manual and automated billing opportunities.
Essential Experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Resolution and escalation of queries.
- 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to SAP or Oracle.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree educated – Business Management/Accounting.
Work Pattern
This role is 37 hours per week based at Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns are available, with an expectation to be onsite 3 days per week.

Location – Farnborough Site
The Farnborough site hosts state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including high‑energy laser technologies, a 5‑m pressurised wind tunnel, and large R&D projects.
Many roles are subject to national security vetting. Candidates who already hold the appropriate level of vetting may transfer it upon appointment. Certain roles also have additional restrictions, such as nationality requirements.
