The Role

• Deliver BMS projects from initial kick‑off through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and risk registers.
• Lead engineers, subcontractors, and site teams across London‑based projects.
• Act as the key client contact, ensuring communication and delivery are aligned.
• Oversee quality, safety, and technical compliance across all works.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Project Manager experience, or a Senior BMS Engineer ready to step up.
• Strong technical background with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens.
• Ability to interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and control narratives.
• Track record delivering projects up to £500k within commercial/industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
