A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £100m have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project near Milton Keynes.
The company have been around for approximately 10 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.
They specialise in the delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure, between £5m to £30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.
They are looking for a Site Manager to work on a £15m new build project comprising 3 x industrial units. The project is due to kick off soon, and they are looking for a strong No.1 with a strong track record working on similar schemes. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding main contractor that work on a range of projects and encourage career progression.
No.1 Site Manager:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor
- Experience working on new build industrial and commercial projects
- Track record working on fast paced projects
- Steel frame experience
- Career focused and driven to succeed
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
