Safelift Offshore Ltd are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Applications Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital systems, support, and business operations while working towards an SCQF Level 6 qualification in Digital Applications delivered by QA.

You will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, developing valuable digital and professional skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Train to become a super user of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Planner) and Microsoft Access, supporting daily business operations
Act as the main point of contact for digital application queries, providing first-line support and guidance to colleagues
Work collaboratively across Projects, HSEQ, Commercial, and Marketing teams to improve workflows and ensure accurate data management
Assist with marketing activities using Canva, Mailchimp, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), liaising with external digital media suppliers where needed
Maintain document control and task/project management within SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and Lists, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
Utilise Microsoft Copilot (AI) to streamline reporting, communications, and digital processes across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Interest in digital technology, IT systems, or business administration
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to learn and develop new digital skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
