We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑paced startup where you’ll have real ownership, help shape our sales engine, and grow alongside the business. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging leads to qualify opportunities, progress pitches and ultimately close deals
  • Presenting our products and solutions to prospective clients (you’ll be well coached on this!)
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities using HubSpot
  • Working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates
  • Learning fast, taking feedback on board, and continually improving your sales skills
  • Chasing targets and smashing goals
  • Contributing to our Sales strategy – sharing insights from the market (customer feedback, objections, competitor activity) to constantly inform and improve our playbook

What We’re Looking For

  • A self‑starter with relentless drive
  • Strong communicator – confident speaking to people on calls, emails and in meetings
  • Resilient, coachable and motivated to learn fast in a startup environment
  • Organised and proactive – comfortable managing a busy pipeline via CRM
  • Minimum of 18 months’ experience in B2B sales ideally in a fast‑paced or high growth environment
  • Commercially curious – can create propositions that add and xwzovoh retain customer value
  • Team player who collaborates well with marketing, product and customer success
