Salary £35,000 – £38,000
Talent Hub is working in partnership with a successful company looking for a self-motivated Senior Marketing Executive (potential to become manager) to drive B2B marketing activity and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who brings ideas, creativity, and a commercial focus, with proven experience in CRM, lead generation, and working closely with sales teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that generate measurable business growth.
The responsibilities for this Senior Marketing Executive job include:
- Deliver multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn and web
- Drive lead generation activity, working with the sales team and delivering campaigns
- Create engaging content, including emails, social posts, case studies and lead magnets
- Manage and optimise CRM (HubSpot), including lists, workflows and automation
- Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and performance insights
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals
- Update and optimise website and landing pages for conversion
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns
- Track and analyse campaign performance, identifying improvements and opportunities
- Support marketing budget tracking and ensure activity delivers ROI
For this Senior Marketing job, you should have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign delivery
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline growth
- Confident in creating marketing content across email and LinkedIn
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Proactive, creative thinker with a commercial, results-driven approach
