We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established car dealership in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding service.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring vehicles are serviced and repaired efficiently while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, or repair
- Communicating with customers regarding vehicle progress and any additional work required
- Preparing job cards and maintaining accurate service records
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
- Providing cost estimates and handling customer queries
- Delivering an excellent customer experience at every stage
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday – Office based
- 1 in 3 Saturdays required
Salary
Up to £30,000 per year, depending on experience
About You
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy dealership environment
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Good IT and administrative skills
