The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be a senior figure within the business, responsible for leading from the front in both revenue generation and market expertise. You will own and grow a high-performing desk, develop strategic client partnerships, and play a key role in the business.
This is ideal for a top biller who can drive performance, influence others, and contribute to the wider growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Owning and scaling a high-value desk within your specialist market
· Developing and managing strategic, high-level client relationships
· Leading business development initiatives and identifying new market opportunities
· Consistently delivering high billing performance
· Acting as a subject matter expert within your sector
· Leading complex negotiations and high-value placements
· Mentoring, coaching, and supporting junior and senior consultants
· Contributing to team strategy, growth plans, and overall business success
· Maintaining a strong personal brand within the market
