At 360 Talent London, we partner with the world’s most recognised fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, delivering premium recruitment solutions globally. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Division Manager to lead and scale our Temporary Division.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone commercially driven, well-connected in luxury retail, and passionate about building high-performing teams.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of our temporary recruitment strategy, driving business growth while delivering high-volume staffing solutions across:
- Luxury retail boutiques
- Department stores
- Head offices
- Pop-ups & brand activations
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in positioning 360 Talent as the go-to partner for temporary staffing across the luxury sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development & Client Growth
- Drive new business across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands
- Build strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Retail leaders
- Maximise existing client partnerships to unlock new opportunities
Temporary Recruitment Delivery
- Oversee high-volume temp recruitment (daily cover, peak trading, store openings, events)
- Ensure fast turnaround and consistent quality
- Build and manage a strong, reliable talent pool
Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing temp team
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive results
- Oversee processes across bookings, compliance, and payroll
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years leadership experience within premium or luxury retail recruitment
- Strong network within luxury retail (highly advantageous)
- Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
