Recruitment Key Account Manager

FinTech (Dual desk)

Central London -Liverpool Street

If you are an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant and are interested in refining your account management skillset and moving away from business development responsibilities, this is a very rare, and incredible lucrative opportunity to join an established FinTech Recruitment firm, taking over the predecessors very hot accounts.

My client is a very well respected, privately owned Recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street, with relationships spanning over 30 years. They have cemented themselves as a leading trusted recruitment partner with large banks, FinTechs, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds due to their high quality, professionalism, consistency and strong staff retention. As a result, the accounts available to be managed are watertight with a very active and high value job flow.

The Role

Due to a longstanding member of the team making a career move, this position is taking over a very hot desk that they have left in an excellent position to be further developed. The responsibilities cover:

  • Internal client networking
  • Account reviews
  • Role extraction and taking detailed technical briefs
  • Interview process management
  • Spotting opportunity for account expansion
  • Client entertainment
  • In-depth understanding of a variety of complex technical roles
  • Advising and consulting
  • Working closer with the wider team to allocate roles and manage process
  • Deliver into roles through targeted candidate outreach
  • Covering both contract and perm roles
  • Clear commission splits and full transparency on earnings
  • Current company average fee size £33k

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 18 months experience in a relevant Tech recruitment vertical
  • OR 2 years of experience in another professional services recruitment vertical
  • Billing at least £150k over a 12-month period
  • Evidenced experience of developing a client account and maintaining job flow
  • An interest in Finance Markets
