- API and integration work across multiple platforms and services
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects across data, analytics and AI
- Run and organise daily stand‑ups/scrums, and manage backlogs and Kanban boards
- Translate technical discussions into clear, structured project plans
- Track scope, risks, dependencies and milestones, flagging issues early
- Coordinate work across data, AI, engineering and business stakeholders
- Produce concise progress updates for C‑suite and senior stakeholders
- Support change and governance processes (e.g. contributing to a change board)
- Champion good project hygiene, including documentation, actions, follow‑ups and delivery discipline

You’ll need:
- At least 18 months’ experience in a project management role
- Exposure to technical, data or software projects (e.g. data platforms, BI, AI, APIs or software delivery) — gained professionally, academically or through strong personal projects
- Confidence using project tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello or Teams Kanban boards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A proactive, driven mindset
Nice to have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Data, Analytics, STEM or a related field
- Experience working in a structured delivery environment (e.g. consulting or large corporate) with exposure to Agile, Scrum or hybrid frameworks
- Experience in financial services, credit or other regulated environments
Why this role?
- The chance to make a real impact from day one
- Join a high‑growth environment with clear opportunities for career progression
- High levels of exposure to C‑suite stakeholders
- Supportive, no‑blame culture with a strong focus on delivery quality
