Investment Banking Analyst / Associate – M&A & Industry Coverage

We are working with a leading global investment bank to hire an Analyst and an Associate to join its Investment Banking division in London. The team focuses on M&A and strategic advisory across complex industrial sectors, advising clients on a wide range of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory mandates
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
• Conduct company and industry research to support deal origination and execution
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers on live transactions and business development initiatives

Requirements:

• 1 -3 years of experience for Analyst / 3-6 years for Associate within Investment Banking or M&A
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Experience working on live transactions
• Excellent academic background
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in capital-intensive or technical industries is advantageous
