Salary: £40,000–£60,000 base + uncapped commission (£120k–£200k+ OTE)

Location: 1–3 days per week in Milton Keynes (must be within commutable distance)

Type: Contractor → Full-time leadership opportunity

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required)

THE ROLE:

This is not a typical sales role. You will own the full sales cycle, from inbound lead through to close, while also proactively generating new business through outbound activity.

You’ll be working with high-level business owners, handling high-ticket conversations, and expected to perform at a high level consistently.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to close deals — but wants to build, lead, and grow a sales function over time.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads – qualifying prospects, booking calls, and closing high-ticket deals
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, phone), building and owning your own pipeline
  • Run high-converting video sales calls with business owners on Zoom, handling objections and closing confidently
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close, including detailed discovery, solution presentation, and negotiation
  • Nurture leads over longer sales cycles (weeks to months), maintaining consistent follow-up and re-engaging dormant opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve performance, and attend events/trade shows to generate and convert leads

SALES ENVIRONMENT:

  • We sell high-ticket coaching services (£30,000+)
  • Warm inbound lead flow + outbound opportunity creation
  • Consultative, high-trust sales process
  • Selling directly to business owners and decision-makers

  • You have a proven track record in high-ticket sales (coaching, consulting, SaaS, or similar)
  • You are confident selling offers £30,000+ and beyond
  • You are a strong closer who can control conversations and handle objections
  • You are comfortable generating your own pipeline – not just taking inbound calls

IMPORTANT:
