What You’ll Do

• Own and scale core backend systems, APIs, and internal tools
• Ship features end-to-end – from idea to production
• Make smart technical decisions that directly impact users
• Move fast, iterate constantly, and build with real product context

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years experience building with Python, TypeScript, or similar
• Proven ability to design scalable, clean systems
• Highly autonomous – you don’t wait for direction
• Strong product mindset and sound engineering judgment
• Comfortable working fully remote in a high-performance team
• Familiar with using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate development
