Paralegal

Team: Private Client

Location: Kent

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office

Our client a growing, supportive and reputable law firm based in Kent is looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of private client work while developing your career in a firm that genuinely values its people.

You’ll support fee earners across:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection matters

This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and empathy.

Duties will include:

• Drafting Wills and LPAs
• Assisting with probate and inheritance tax processes
• Managing files, time recording and documentation
• Liaising with clients, families and financial institutions
• Proactively progressing matters to completion

Experience:

• Private Client experience (paralegal or legal support)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
• Able to manage a varied workload in a busy environment
