Junior Sales & Growth Executive (London)
We’re looking for a hungry, hands-on junior to join us at Vuala.
This is not a typical “marketing job”.
This is a sales-first, get-things-done role working directly with founders.
What you’ll actually be doing
• Cold calling, emailing, and following up with potential customers
• Booking meetings and supporting deal closing
• Travelling around London to meet clients and attend events
• Filming founder videos (product launches, site visits, talks) and turning them into clear, engaging social media content
• Helping run campaigns and events to generate leads
One day you’re on the phone.
Next day you’re behind a camera.
Next day you’re out meeting customers.
What we’re looking for
- Confident speaking to people (especially on the phone)
- High energy and proactive mindset
- Not afraid to get stuck in
- Comfortable around cameras
- Eager to learn fast in a startup
- An engineering or technical background is a plus, but not required
Attitude > experience
The role
• Office-based (London)
• Regular travel around London for meetings, filming, and events
• Work directly with founders
Pay
• £28k base
• Performance-based bonus based on deals closed and paid.
