What you’ll be doing:

• Handling Real Estate Casualty claims (PL injury & TP damage) end-to-end
• Acting as a key contact for clients, brokers, insurers & stakeholders
• Driving proactive handling through strong diary management
• Producing reports, technical advice & MI
• Supporting client relationships and account activity
• Working with UK & European adjusting teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ casualty claims experience (PL essential)
• Experience handling claims cradle to grave
• Strong understanding of liability, coverage & reserving
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload and SLAs
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
• Real Estate or European exposure is a bonus
• Working towards CII (or similar) desirable
