• Administering employee benefits and supporting payroll-related changes

• Acting as the go-to for office management, suppliers, and facilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A proactive, self-starting mindset with the confidence to ask questions

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

• A strong understanding of confidentiality

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with different personalities

Cultural fit is key – you’ll be someone who is personable, positive, and enjoys being part of a social and collaborative team, while remaining professional and discreet.

The Culture

This is a business that genuinely invests in its people. You can expect:

• A relaxed, open, and inclusive working environment

• Regular social events, including summer and Christmas parties

• Wellness initiatives, including lunches and wellbeing activities

• A collaborative team that enjoys spending time together

• An open-door, supportive leadership style

What’s on Offer

• Competitive salary

• Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

• Pension (up to 5% matched)

• Medicash health plan

• Life assurance

• Discount platform (retail, gym & more)

• Cycle to Work scheme

• Season ticket for trains

• Sports clubs & social activities

• Ongoing development and clear progression opportunities
