A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Employment Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team.
- £100,000 – £125,000

Working closely with a Legal 500 recognised partner, the successful candidate will advise on the employment aspects of complex, cross-border corporate transactions for multinational clients.
The role
The team specialises in advising on employment issues arising from major international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, multi-jurisdictional carve-outs, outsourcings, business transfers and global reorganisations.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Employment aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
- TUPE and international employee transfers
- Global restructurings and reorganisations
- Workforce strategy in the context of international business change
Recent work includes
- Advising on the separation and sale of a global entertainment subsidiary
- Acting on a significant multi-jurisdictional healthcare carve-out
- Supporting a private equity acquisition of a global cybersecurity business
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law
- Experience advising on transactional employment matters
- Strong academic background
- Training and/or experience within a recognised employment or international firm
