We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA team! You’ll help attract and secure top talent for key business units, while leveraging innovative recruitment tools and data-driven strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, pipeline building, and offer negotiation.
- Use AI and automation to optimize recruitment processes.
- Provide strategic advice and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
- Enhance candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders across the Americas and EMEA.
- Participate in recruitment events and external agency engagement.
- Ensure compliance with global HR policies, including immigration and relocation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Strong ATS/HR system skills (Workday preferred).
- Experience in structured, regulated environments while embracing change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and pipeline development.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Global talent acquisition experience is a plus.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
