Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Low Code/No Code Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive administration and support across all organisational systems, including Monday.com and related tools. This role involves maintaining and optimising system performance, enhancing workflows, automating processes, and ensuring seamless integrations between business-critical platforms such as Power BI Pro, Mailchimp, and Slack. The successful candidate will also support and train stakeholders across the organisation, create clear, user-friendly training materials, and ensure documentation is up-to-date with new features and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Administration and Maintenance:

· Provide administrative support for a variety of systems, including Monday.com, ensuring they meet business needs.

· Configure and optimise workflows, dashboards, and processes across platforms.

· Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

· Create and update service-related documentation and system user guides, ensuring they re-flect new features and changes implemented.

Integration and Automation:

· Oversee integrations between key business tools, including:

o Power BI Pro for analytics and reporting.

o Mailchimp for campaign management and tracking.

o Slack for team communication and notifications.

· Collaborate with the Systems Manager and other departments to design and implement effective system connections.

· Maintain up-to-date documentation for system integrations and configurations.

Stakeholder Support and Training:

· Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries and issues from stakeholders across the organisation.

· Provide hands-on support and training to ensure users maximise the value of systems.

· Develop and deliver training sessions for stakeholders at all levels.

· Create and maintain high-quality support materials, including guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.

· Continuously gather feedback from users to improve systems and training content.

· Escalate unresolved issues to the Systems Manager, ensuring clear communication with all parties until issues are fully resolved.

· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to solve technical issues and address requests.

Data Management and Reporting:

· Ensure data integrity across all systems and maintain an understanding of its critical im-portance.

· Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI Pro.

· Monitor usage patterns and system performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience administering and supporting systems like Monday.com, Power BI Pro, Mail-chimp, and Slack.

· Strong understanding of system integration, workflow optimisation, and operational conditional logics.

· Proven ability to support and train diverse stakeholder groups effectively.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Teams.

· Understanding of the importance of data integrity in system management.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience creating clear and engaging training materials, such as guides, presentations, or video tutorials.

· Familiarity with additional systems or tools such as CRM platforms, document management systems, or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceDesk).

· A proactive and collaborative approach to gathering feedback and improving user experience.

· Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms for automation and optimisation.
