We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor on behalf of a specialist curtain walling and glazing contractor for an immediate start on a live project in Cornwall. This is a non-working supervisor role overseeing façade and glazing installation works.
Project Details:Start Date: 02/02/2025Location: CornwallDuration: Ongoing (subject to project requirements)
Working Hours:Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pmFriday: Finish at 1:30pmBreaks: 10:00–10:30am and 1:00–1:30pm
Role & Responsibilities:• Non-working supervisory role• Managing 4–6 fixers and labourers• Overseeing installation of windows onto SFS with EPDM frames• Supervising stick curtain walling installation across three 2-storey buildings• Carrying out QA checks using BIM360• Managing health and safety on site• Implementing and enforcing RAMS• Liaising with the main contractor and site team• Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to required quality standards
Requirements:• SSSTS/SMSTS (essential)• Gold CSCS Card (essential)• Proven experience within curtain walling and glazing• Previous non-working supervisor or site management experience• Confident managing site teams and documentation• BIM360 experience preferred• Reliable, proactive, and available to start immediately
