Position: Regional Manager – Water & Pump solutions – North England & Scotland

The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced, commercially driven professional to represent a trusted and well-established brand.

You will play a key role in developing and expanding business across your region, working closely with key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales within your territory
- Build strong relationships with:
- Borehole drillers
- Regional installers
- Water companies / authorities
- Distributors & OEMs
- Promote a portfolio of pump and control solutions
- Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility
Experience Required:
We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:
- Borehole pumps
- Waste water pumps
- Surface multistage pumps
- Control panels
- Variable Speed Drives
- Boresaver systems / downwell cameras
- Plastic pipework / fittings
About You:
- Commercially astute with strong technical understanding
- Proven experience in field sales or business development
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Full UK driving licence
