Contract Manager – Sales & Operations
Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a company to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join their Sales & Operations team.
This is a full-time, client-facing role managing projects from enquiry through to installation and aftercare, specialising in aluminium folding doors, windows, and glazing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Qualify leads including scope, budget, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and client consultations
- Prepare accurate and commercially viable quotations
- Present and follow up quotes to secure orders
- Manage contracts and finalise project specifications
- Coordinate installations including scheduling and logistics
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, and stakeholders
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Experience within construction, glazing, or fenestration
- Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, and glazing systems
- Commercial awareness including pricing and margins
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience with systems such as Schüco, Reynaers, or Smart Systems
- Knowledge of building regulations
- CAD or estimating software experience
