Location: Bristol, BS20 Job Role: Packing Operative Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00am – 2.00pm and 2.00pm – 10.00pm on rotations Role Type: Temporary to permanent Hourly rate: £15.97per hour

gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and is hiring 2x Packaging Operatives to work in a food production environment, supporting the packing and preparation of ingredient products. The role involves operating packing equipment, completing quality checks, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

The job role:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packing of ingredients
• Pack, label, and palletise products in line with production schedules and specifications
• Carry out visual and weight quality checks to ensure products meet Kerry quality standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Report equipment faults, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Adhere to health & safety policies and company procedures
• Support team members to meet daily production targets

The Candidate:

• Punctual and good time management 
• Manufacturing experience beneficial
• Attention to details
• Driving licence essential 
• Ability to communicate well
