The Role:
- Lead and support tenders for large-scale mechanical packages (£20M+) across Central London
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to produce accurate, competitive tenders
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and internal teams
- Work closely with design, commercial, and project teams
- Support and mentor junior estimators within the team
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within construction/building services
- Strong background in commercial mechanical fit-out projects
- Experience tendering on large-scale/high-value projects
- Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and specifications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Commutable to Wickford and surrounding areas
