About the RoleWe are recruiting a Store Manager to lead a store in a friendly, high‑footfall location that plays a key part in supporting brides during one of the most important moments of their lives. This role requires a confident leader who can balance exceptional service with strong commercial results, while maintaining a beautifully presented and well‑run store.
You’ll oversee a dynamic team, manage daily operations, and ensure that every bride and their family enjoys a memorable, supportive and personalised experience from the moment they walk through the door.
This environment suits a manager who enjoys both the buzz of a busy shop floor and the challenge of driving performance across KPIs, stock, standards and staff development.
