We are now looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of CRM channels and drive performance across email, SMS and app loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
Own and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS and app loyaltyPlan and schedule campaigns in line with product launches and marketing strategyBuild and optimise workflows and automations to drive engagement and conversionDeliver A B testing across subject lines, content, timing and segmentationManage deliverability, data hygiene and GDPR complianceCollaborate with digital and merchandising teams to shape CRM strategyManage relationships with CRM platforms and third party providersStay ahead of trends and emerging technologies within CRM and email marketingUse reporting and insight tools to build customer profilingPresent performance analysis and insights to senior stakeholdersWhat we are looking for?
Highly organised with strong attention to detailData driven with a creative mindsetConfident working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholdersClear understanding of brand, customer and tone of voiceAble to commute to the Manchester studio full timeExperience required:
Minimum two years CRM experienceProven background in DTC email and SMS marketing within fashionExperience with Ometria or Klaviyo preferredHTML knowledge advantageousBenefits:
