Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Design and execute a commercial plan to increase market share and revenue.
- Expansion: Identify and secure high-potential new retail sites and market locations.
- Partnerships: Manage long-term relationships with major suppliers and market organizers.
- Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in BD or strategic sales, ideally in Retail or FMCG.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to secure high-value contracts and build robust partner networks.
- Strategic Vision: Capacity to turn market data into actionable, revenue-generating opportunities.
- Market Insight: Strong understanding of the UK retail and market trading landscape.
