Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Reporting Superior / Project Managers on project costing, variation works, and final accounts with consultants.
• Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.
• Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.
• Cost control and maintained proper documentation.
