Business Data Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Data/Business Analyst to join a leading banking client within their securities transformation program! This individual will support continuous improvement initiatives across bonds, repos, and broader Global Markets functions.

This position will be a contract through until end of the year (Inside IR35) for now, with the possibility to convert to full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door at a large organisation. This will be a hybrid position and you will be expected to attend the office in London, Bromley OR Chester, 3x weekly.

Targeting the following skillsets:

• Strong business and data analytics experience, ideally within a process or operating model context.
• Experience within securities in an investment bank (bonds, repos, or broader markets).
• Proven ability to design and visualise end‑to‑end processes and workflows.
• Ability to craft clear, concise data‑driven stories for senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to challenge, question, and improve existing processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work across technology, operations, and front‑office teams.
